🔞 bpexch is strictly a 21+ platform. No person under the age of 21 years may register an account, access any bpexch product, or place any wager on the platform under any circumstances.
To be eligible to use bpexch, you must:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bpexch account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through other individuals — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, where permitted by applicable law and regulation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexch login credentials. All bpexch account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process for Pakistani players using approved PKR payment methods.
There is no processing fee charged by bpexch on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bpexch PKR wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals from bpexch are subject to the following conditions:
All player funds deposited with bpexch are held in segregated accounts entirely separate from bpexch's operational funds. This means that your PKR balance on bpexch is protected in the event of any operational or financial difficulty affecting the company.
All bets placed on bpexch are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport or market. A bet is not confirmed until bpexch has acknowledged its acceptance and provided a confirmation reference. In the event of a system or connectivity error during bet placement, bpexch's records shall be the definitive reference for determining whether and on what terms a bet was accepted.
Cricket betting markets on bpexch — including PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Tests, ODIs, T20Is, and other approved competitions — are governed by bpexch's cricket betting rules, which are published separately and updated as required. In-play bets on cricket markets are placed at the risk of the User. bpexch reserves the right to suspend or void markets at any time in response to irregular market activity or match integrity concerns.
The bpexch betting exchange enables Users to back and lay outcomes against other Users rather than directly against bpexch. Exchange bets are matched at the odds agreed between counterparties. bpexch charges a commission on net winnings in exchange markets. Commission rates are displayed on the relevant market page. bpexch reserves the right to vary commission rates with notice.
bpexch may void any bet where: the bet was placed based on an error in the published odds; the event is abandoned, cancelled, or does not proceed; there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or the User is in breach of these Terms at the time of bet placement. Voided bets are returned to the User's bpexch PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
bpexch's live casino, slot, and fishing game products are provided through certified third-party game studios operating under recognised international gaming licences. All casino games on bpexch use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and unbiased outcomes for all Pakistani players.
Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) rates for slot and table games on bpexch are determined by the respective game studios and are disclosed in the individual game information panels. bpexch does not modify RTP settings below the certified minimum for any game available on the platform.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino or slot session, bpexch's server records are the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any incomplete round. Where a round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the User's bpexch PKR wallet.

Bonus Funds credited to your bpexch account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, game contribution rates, and bonus expiry periods are specified in the relevant promotional offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
bpexch employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or risk-free bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; withdrawing before wagering requirements are met; and coordinating with other Users to exploit bonus structures. Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all related Bonus Funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and may have their bpexch account permanently closed.
